Kejaksaan Negeri Bitung menuntut Akri Djafar Ali dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup atas kasus pembunuhan dan pemerkosaan terhadap Mutiara Ibrahim.<\/p>\n<p>Tuntutan ini dibacakan dalam sidang persidangan pada 22 April 2025 di Pengadilan Negeri Bitung.<\/p>\n<p>Jaksa Penuntut Umum Erly Wurara, Nathalia Rungkat, Justisi Wagiu, dan Ekklesia Pekan membacakan langsung Surat Tuntutan Pidana Seumur Hidup kepada Terdakwa Akri Djafar Ali<\/p>\n<p>Tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum:<br \/>\n&#8211; Pidana Penjara Seumur Hidup: Akri Djafar Ali dinyatakan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana terhadap Mutiara Ibrahim, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 340 KUHP Jo Pasal 65 KUHP.<br \/>\n&#8211; Restitusi: Akri Djafar Ali diwajibkan membayar restitusi sebesar Rp 58.552.000 kepada keluarga korban melalui ibu kandung korban, Teti Bakari.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kompensasi: Jika Akri Djafar Ali tidak mampu membayar restitusi, maka akan diganti dengan kompensasi yang dibebankan pada APBN DIPA Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK).<br \/>\n&#8211; Penahanan: Akri Djafar Ali tetap ditahan selama proses persidangan.<\/p>\n<p>Kajari Bitung, Dr. Yadyn Palebangan, menyatakan bahwa tidak ada tempat bagi pelaku kejahatan di Kota Bitung dan mendukung kerja sama dengan instansi terkait untuk menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat di Kota Bitung<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga mengapresiasi kinerja Pengadilan Negeri Bitung dalam menciptakan situasi kondusif selama persidangan.l<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TNews,BITUNG&#8211;
