TNews, SULUT – <\/strong>Kebijakan pengurangan jatah program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) oleh Kementrian ATR\/BPN untuk Wilayah Sulawesi Utara dengan alasan efisiensi, menurut Anggota Komisi I DPRD Sulut bidang Hukum dan Pemerintahan Mulyadi Paputungan perlu dikaji kembali. Ini penting untuk dilakukan mengingat kebutuhan masyarakat Sulut terhadap bantuan pemerintah khususnya dalam hal memberikan kepastian hukum hak atas tanah gratis masih sangat tinggi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKebijakan pengurangan jatah program PTSL tidak hanya menjadikan masyarakat kehilangan hak mendapatkan kepastian hukum atas tanah secara gratis, tetapi juga menyebabkan masyarakat miskin tidak lagi mendapatkan kesempatan untuk bisa memiliki sertifikat,\u201d ungkap Mulyadi kepada wartawan usai mengikuti rapat dengar pendapat bersama Kanwil ATR\/BPN Sulut Selasa (20)5\/2025<\/a>)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Keuletan Ketua Gerakan Pemuda Anshor Sulut ini dalam memperjuangkan penambahan kuota program PTSL mengingat masih terdapat banyak masyarakat miskin yang berharap dapat memiliki kepastian hukum atas tanah miliknya lewat kepemilikan sertifikat.\u201d Pengurangan kuota program PTSL dari 19 ribu hektar menjadi 5 ribu hektar akan terus diperjuangkan, sehingga kebutuhan masyarakat Sulut dapat terkaver,\u201d ungkap Mulyadi.<\/p>\n

Kementrian ATR\/BPN melalui Kanwil ATR\/BPN Sulawesi Utara telah mengeluarkan program PTSL dimana masyarakat dapat mendaftarkan tanah secara serentak dan sistematis di seluruh wilayah Desa dan Kelurahan guna memberikan kepastian hukum atas kepemilikan tanah dan mencegah sengketa tanah<\/p>\n

Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) adalah program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum Program ini dilakukan secara serentak di suatu wilayah desa atau kelurahan untuk mendaftarkan tanah yang belum memiliki sertifikat.<\/p>\n
