TNews, SULUT –\u00a0<\/strong>Anggota Komisi I bidang Hukum dan Pemerintahan DPRD Sulut Hendry Walukow menegaskan kebijakan efisiensi pemerintah pusat yang berimbas pada pengurangan kuota program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) untuk Sulawesi Utara yang dulunya ditetapkan sebesar 19 Ribu Hektar menjadi 5 Ribu Hektar\u00a0sangat disayangkan karena hal tersebut menjadi cela para mafia tanah untuk terus melakukan aksi mereka.<\/p>\n

\u201cPengurangan quota PTSL menjadikan masyarakat kurang mampu kehilangan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan penerbitan sertifikat gratis, dan kondisi ini menjadikan para mafia tanah akan sangat leluasa untuk menjalankan aksinya dan ini harus diberantas. DPRD bersama Badan Pertanahan harus terus memperjuangkan ke Kementrian ATR\/BPN,\u201d tegas Hendry saat RDP Komisi I DPRD Sulut bersama Kanwil ATR\/BPN Sulawesi Utara. Selasa (20\/5\/2025)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Juga politisi partai Demokrat yang rajin menerima aspirasi masyarakat ini mengatakan, perlu kerjasama dari pihak BPN Sulut, agar praktek mafia tanah yang marak terjadi diberbagai daerah di Sulut yang diduga melibatkan orang dalam BPN dapat.\u201cKami minta BPN dapat menyikapi dengan bijak persoalan tanah di Sulawesi Utara,\u201d Tegas Hendry.<\/p>\n

Dalam upaya memperjuangkan penambahan quota PTSL juga memberantas praktek mafia tanah di Sulut, BPN diminta responsif terhadap berbagai laporan persoalan tanah yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat.<\/p>\n
