Bahkan Louis berpendapat alat tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan untuk Pendapatan hasil daerah alias (PAD) .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRumah Sakit OD-SK khusus PAD nya bisa bertambah untuk layanan bagi pasien cuci darah karena informasi yang saya dapat pasien cuci darah ada tiga shift jadwal pelayanannya,\u201d kata Schramm<\/p>\n<p>Juga Ketua Fraksi Partai Gerindra tersebut menambahkan bahwa hal tersebut sangat bagus tapi sayangnya ada sekitar 7 sampai 8 alat yang ada disana belum bisa digunakan padahal masih baru.<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi itu, Direktur RSUD PD-SK, dr. Lidya E. Tulus, M.Kes menjelaskan bahwa RSUD OD-SK memiliki 7 mesin cuci darah yang belum digunakan sejak bulan Januari 2025 hingga saat ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKarena keterbatasan BHP (bahan habis pakai) vendor itu sendiri. Pak Louis pernah mengatakan akan mendampingi kita (RSUD OD-SK) bertemu dengan vendor. Mesin cuci darah itu merupakan KSO,\u201d jawab dr. Lidya.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian dr. Lidya melanjutkan narasinya, belum digunakannya alat medis cuci darah tersebut dikarenakan faktor hutang RSUD OD-SK kepada pihak vendor pada tahun 2024 yang belum terbayarkan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sudah menyampaikan bahwa mekanisme pembayaran hutang dibayangkan pada APBD Perubahan. Namun pihak vendor sepertinya tidak bisa menerima alasan tersebut.
