TNews, SULUT – <\/strong>Ketua Fraksi Gerindra DPRD Sulut Louis Schramm tegaskan keberadaan jajaran Direksi PT MSH sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Daerah kinerjanya perlu dievaluasi. Menurutnya PT MSH sampai saat ini belum juga menunjukan hasil, tetapi mereka sudah kembali mengajukan penambahan modal.<\/p>\n

\u201cBagaimana mungkin pertanggungjawaban belum disampaikan dan kini mereka mengusulkan penambahan modal, ini patut dipertanyakan dan saya rasa jajaran direksi seperti banyak berhalusinasi berangan angan akan lebih besar dari BSG tapi pada kenyataanya PT MSH adalah BUMD yang paling merugi,\u201d tegas Louis saat rapat Bapemperda Selasa (3\/6\/2025).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Juga kata Anggota Badan Anggaran DPRD Sulut ini beralasan kenapa usulan penambahan modal PT MSH perlu dipending karena sudah lama beroperasi tetapi saat menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) mereka harus meminjam dari BUMD yang lain.\u201d Kalau boleh saya mengusulkan Torang skeep dulu permintaan PT.MSH sampai ada kejelasan baru ditindaklanjuti,\u201d ungkap Louis<\/p>\n

Usulan perlunya dilakukan evaluasi kinerja dari jajaran Direksi PT MSH mengemuka saat ketika Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Sulut bersama Biro Hukum serta sejumlah SKPD sementara merumuskan pembahasan 7 buah Ranperda Prakarsa Gubernur yang salah satunya adalah terkait PT.MSH.<\/strong><\/p>\n
