Menurutnya kejadian yang menimpa pasien an Gabriel Sineleyan yang meninggal akibat ketidak persediaan alat kesehatan karena sedang rusak adalah suasana yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP RSUP Prof Kandouw yang berstatus sebagai Rumah Sakit rujukan dengan tipe A.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cBukan sekedar menuding, tapi faktanya sudah lama pelayanannya di RSUP Kandouw Malalayang Bobrok. Mungkin history bobrok ini sudah begitu mendarah daging, bahkan ketika ada pemimpin baru, dia mengikuti irama kerja pemimpin sebelumnya yang bobrok juga,\u201d ungkap Cindy tegas saat RDP bersama jajaran Direksi RSUP Prof Kandouw.
