TNews<\/em>, BITUNG<\/strong>– Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung menggelar kegiatan Coffee Morning bersama insan pers dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Kota Bitung.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung Rudis Perumda Air Minum dan dipimpin langsung oleh Direktur, Alfred Salindeho, SE., MM., Senin 11\/8\/3025.<\/p>\n

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Alfred menyampaikan pentingnya membangun komunikasi yang harmonis dan transparan antara Perumda, media, dan masyarakat, khususnya dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik di sektor air minum.<\/p>\n

\u201cPagi ini kita berkumpul dalam satu semangat – semangat harmonisasi.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bagaimana kita membangun Kota Bitung secara bersama-sama, terbuka, dan bertanggung jawab,\u201d ujar Alfred.<\/p>\n

Alfred menjelaskan bahwa Perumda Air Minum Duasudara terus melakukan pembenahan internal, dengan mengedepankan efisiensi dan tata kelola yang profesional.<\/p>\n

Seluruh transaksi keuangan Perumda kini dikelola melalui sistem terintegrasi dan transparan, dengan satu pintu masuk dan keluar.<\/p>\n

Ia juga menegaskan bahwa Perumda bukan hanya fokus pada pelayanan publik, tetapi juga pada penciptaan surplus sebagai bentuk kontribusi kepada Pemerintah Kota Bitung.<\/p>\n

Salah satunya melalui pemberian dividen, yang disebutnya belum banyak dilakukan oleh PDAM di daerah lain.<\/p>\n

Terkait penyertaan modal sebesar Rp40 miliar yang tengah dibahas DPRD Kota Bitung, Alfred menegaskan bahwa hal itu bukan pengajuan baru, melainkan perubahan atas Perda Nomor 5 Tahun 2021.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan bahwa sejak perda tersebut diberlakukan, Perumda belum pernah mencairkan dana tersebut karena kondisi keuangan perusahaan dinilai masih sehat dan mandiri.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami tidak serta-merta meminta dana tersebut. Bahkan hingga Perda sebelumnya selesai masa berlakunya, kami tidak pernah mencairkan satu rupiah pun,\u201d kata Alfred<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Alfred juga menekankan komitmen anti korupsi yang terus digalakkan di internal Perumda. Ia mengingatkan seluruh jajaran agar menghindari praktik-praktik yang menyimpang dan senantiasa bekerja dengan integritas.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami tidak hanya membangun sistem, tetapi juga menjaga nilai moral. Perusahaan ini adalah milik masyarakat Kota Bitung, dan harus dikelola dengan bersih,\u201d tegasnya.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kegiatan Coffee Morning ditutup dengan diskusi terbuka antara manajemen Perumda, wartawan, dan LSM. Alfred menyatakan bahwa pihaknya terbuka terhadap masukan dan kritik yang membangun demi kemajuan perusahaan daerah tersebut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
