\"\"TNews, SULUT – <\/strong>Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara menggelar Rapat Paripurna dalam rangka Pengambilan Keputusan terhadap Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara tentang Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2025. Pada rapat yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Fransiscus Andy Silangen didampingi Wakil Ketua Royke Anter dan Setella Marlina Runtuwene dikuti Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Mayjen TNI (Purn) Yulius Selvanus. SE secara daring dan Wakil Gubernur Dr.Jojanis Victor Mailangkai, SH.MH tersebut diwali dengan laporan hasil Badan Anggaran (Banggar) yang menyetujui PAD APBD Induk sebesar Rp.3.842.122.814 mengalami penurunan sebesar.Rp.52.541.861.443 sehingga menjadi Rp.3.789.780.653.160.<\/p>\n

Anggaran Belanja tahun 2025 ditargetkan sebesar Rp.3.661.291.380.086. mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp.25.380.368.400. sehingga menjadi Rp.3.635.682.638.680<\/p>\n

\u201cPerobahan APBD 2025. Perubahan diarahkan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat secara merata guna mengurangi disparitas pembangunan antar wilayah serta mewujudkan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat disulut\u201d ungkap Amir Liputo sat membacakan laporan Badan Anggaran pada rapat paripurna yang digelar Jumat (29\/8\/2025<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n

Juga disampaikan Liputo, alokasi anggaran pada APBD tahun 2025, memperhatikan sektor ketahanan pangan, sebagai respon terhadap dinamika harga bahan pokok yang menimbulkan polemik.\u201d Sektor yang lebih prioritas termasuk penyesuaian APBD Induk ke perubahan sebesar Rp.25 Milyar, penurunan penerimaan pajak sebesar Rp.30 Milyar harus diimbangi dengan langkah strategis agar pelayanan publik tidak terganggu,\u201d tegas Liputo.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu dalam sambutannya Gubernur YSK menyampaikan bahwa pembahasan Ranperda merupakan proses strategis untuk menyesuaikan alokasi anggaran dengan dinamika kebutuhan masyarakat. \u201cPerubahan APBD 2025 bertujuan untuk, mengakomodasi prioritas pembangunan yang mendesak, mengoptimalkan pendapatan daerah serta memastikan efektivitas dan efisensi belanja agar setiap rupiah yang kita alokasikan, benar benar memberikan manfaat yang maksimal bagi masyarakat kita,\u201d kata Gubernur YSK.<\/p>\n

Selain pejabat struktural pemerintah provinsi, Forkopimda serta Direksi PT Bank SulutGo, OJK Perwakilan Sulut juga hadir pada Paripurna yang digelar di Ruang Rapat Paripurna kantor DPRD Sulut.<\/p>\n
