Pada Rapat Dengar Pendapat yang dipimpin Wakil Ketua Royke Anter didampingi Yongki Limen dan Rasky Mokodompit dan dihadiri pemilik tanah, Ketua PN Manado kembali tidak mengindahkan undangan yang dilayangkan oleh DPRD Sulut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKetua PN Manado tidak mengindahkan undangan DPRD Sulut. Dan ini merupakan sikap yang tidak menghargai lembaga DPRD Sulut dan atas hal ini kami akan sampaikan ke ketua DPRD untuk nantinya bisa dikeluarkan rekomendasi dan akan disampaikan kepada DPR-RI\u201d tegas Roy Senin (25\/8\/2025)<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian pihak pemilik tanah Junike Kabimbang melalui kuasa hukum, Reinhard Mamalu mengatakan bahwa DPRD harus buat sejumlah rekomendasi atas ketidak hadiran Ketua PN Manado karena tidak menghargai lembaga DPRD Sulut dan sekiranya hal itu dilaporkan kepada pimpinan Ketua PN yakni Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi dan Mahkamah Agung,\u201dMohon direkomendasikan tindakan Ketua PN Manado kepada atasan yakni Ketua Pengadilan tinggi dan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia, juga merekomendasikan agar putusan yang menjadi objek persoalan saat ini yaitu tanah\u00a0\u00a0yang berlokasi di sario tumpaan telah memiliki sertifikat hak milik dan lokasi ini tidak menjadi objek perkara dalam putusan 112 yang hendak dieksekusi oleh Ketua PN Manado,\u201d ungkap Reinhard<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu ditempat yang sama Kepala Kantor BPN\/ATR Kota Manado Jumalianto kembali menegaskan bahwa sesuai UU No 1 tahun 1958 semua tanah Eigendom Verponding yang ada di Sulawesi Utara telah menerima ganti rugi sejak tahun 1973 dari Pemerintah sebesar Rp 37,6 juta.
