TNews, BITUNG-<\/strong> Di tengah gegap gempita perayaan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-61 Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Kota Bitung diguncang kabar membanggakan: Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno, resmi menerima SK kenaikan pangkat IV D yang di serahkan oleh Wakil Wali Kota Bitung Randito Maringka. Selasa, 23\/9\/2025.<\/p>\n

Momen bersejarah ini bukan sekadar seremoni, melainkan simbol nyata dari dedikasi dan kerja keras yang tak kenal lelah.<\/p>\n

Penyerahan SK kenaikan pangkat dilakukan dalam suasana penuh semangat dan haru, menjadi sorotan dalam rangkaian perayaan HUT Sulut yang digelar dengan megah.<\/p>\n

Dalam pernyataannya yang menggugah, Rudy Theno menyampaikan rasa syukur dan apresiasi mendalam.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaya merasa terhormat dengan kepercayaan ini. Tapi saya juga sadar, tugas ke depan tentu semakin besar.<\/em><\/p>\n

Saya berkomitmen untuk terus bekerja maksimal bersama seluruh jajaran ASN demi kemajuan Kota Bitung,\u201d tegas Rudy dengan suara lantang yang disambut tepuk tangan hadirin.<\/p>\n

Lebih dari sekadar promosi jabatan, kenaikan pangkat ini disebut Rudy sebagai hasil kerja kolektif seluruh tim ASN di Kota Bitung.<\/p>\n
