TNews, SULUT –\u00a0<\/strong>Anggota Panitia Khusus (Pansus) pembahasan Ranperda BUMD DPRD Sulut Louis Carl Schramm mengatakan dalam hal Pinjaman modal oleh Perusahaan Daerah Pembangunan Sulut dalam rangka pengembangan usaha dalam jumlah tertentu sebaiknya harus jelas diatur dalam sebuah perjanjian dan disetujui oleh pemerintah provinsi kemudian wajib dilaporkan kepada DPR.<\/p>\n

\u201cPinjaman yang disepakati harus jelas dan diikat dalam sebuah perjanjian yang tentunya harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari Pemerintah Provinsi untuk kemudian dilaporkan kepada DPRD,\u201d ungkap Louis.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Sementara itu menyangkut Dewan Direksi dari Perusahaan Daerah Pembangunan Sulut, kedepannya pemerintah Provinsi hanya mengusulkan nanti di DPRD melakukan Fit And Propertest.\u201dMereka yang nantinya mengelolah dana rakyat, Fit And Propertest harus dilakukan di DPRD, dan jika tidak lolos dikembalikan kepada Pemerintah Provinsi,\u201d kata Louis.<\/p>\n
