TNews, Manado Sulawesi Utara – Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Yulius Selvanus Komaling (YSK), Senin (17\/11\/2025), menghadiri Penandatanganan Berita Acara Verifikasi Penanganan Indikasi Pelanggaran Pemanfaatan Ruang (IPPR) yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Penertiban Pemanfaatan Ruang, Ditjen Penataan dan Penertiban Ruang (PPTR), Kementerian ATR\/BPN.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u200eKegiatan ini merupakan tahapan penting dalam proses penyelesaian substansi Revisi Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.<\/p>\n

\u200eVerifikasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara melalui Dinas PUPR Daerah mencakup wilayah Minahasa Utara, Bitung, Kotamobagu, dan Tomohon. Berdasarkan hasil klarifikasi dan pemeriksaan teknis, delapan IPPR yang teridentifikasi dinyatakan bukan merupakan pelanggaran. Kesimpulan ini telah disahkan oleh Ditjen PPTR dan menjadi dasar integrasi fungsi ruang ke dalam dokumen revisi Perda RTRW Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Nomor 1 Tahun 2014.<\/p>\n

\u200eGubernur YSK menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Direktur Penertiban Pemanfaatan Ruang, Agus Sutanto, atas dukungan dan fasilitasi yang diberikan selama proses verifikasi. Gubernur juga mengharapkan dukungan lanjutan dari Direktur Bina Perencanaan Tata Ruang Wilayah I, Rahma Julianti, dalam rangka percepatan penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Substansi sebagai tahapan akhir sebelum penetapan peraturan daerah.<\/p>\n

\u200eDengan tuntasnya verifikasi seluruh IPPR serta selarasnya hasil penilaian kementerian dan pemerintah daerah, Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara menargetkan penetapan Peraturan Daerah RTRW yang baru pada akhir tahun 2025 untuk mendukung arah pembangunan wilayah yang lebih terstruktur, efektif, dan berkepastian hukum.(***)<\/p>\n
