Fraksi yang diketuai oleh Rocky Wowor ini memandang penting agar Ranperda tersebut dapat ditetapkan pada tahun 2025 dan mulai diberlakukan secara efektif pada 1 Januari 2026, serta diikuti dengan penerbitan Peraturan Gubernur sebagai ketentuan pelaksanaannya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerubahan regulasi ini merupakan implementasi dari amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah, yang mengharuskan pemerintah daerah melakukan penyesuaian terhadap kebijakan fiskal, termasuk mekanisme pajak dan retribusi daerah. Penyesuaian tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memperkuat struktur penerimaan daerah, mendorong modernisasi tata kelola perpajakan, serta memastikan terciptanya sistem yang lebih adil, terukur, dan berpihak pada masyarakat,\u201d ungkap Rocky Wowor.<\/p>\n<p>Fraksi PDI Perjuangan juga menyampaikan dukungan sepenuhnya terhadap program dan kebijakan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Utara, YSK\u2013Victori, yang senantiasa mengedepankan kepentingan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam setiap agenda pembangunan daerah.\u201d Dengan dituntaskannya pembahasan regulasi ini, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan berharap Pemerintah Daerah memiliki landasan hukum yang lebih kuat, komprehensif, dan adaptif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik serta mempercepat terwujudnya pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan,\u201d pungkasnya.*<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Peliput: Sheera<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TNews, MANADO &#8211;
