TNews, Minut Sulawesi Utara \u2013 Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Kabupaten Minahasa Utara bergerak cepat merespons dugaan penyalahgunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BOSP). Langkah tegas ini diambil sebagai bentuk komitmen Bupati Joune Ganda dan Wakil Bupati Kevin William Lotulung dalam menegakkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, transparan, dan bebas dari praktik Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme (KKN).<\/p>\n

Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Minut, Jofieta Supit, Sabtu, 21\/02\/2026), mengonfirmasi bahwa pihaknya telah merekomendasikan 29 sekolah terdiri atas, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM), Sekolah Dasar (SD), dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), kepada Inspektorat untuk dilakukan audit menyeluruh.<\/p>\n

“Rekomendasi audit sudah kami serahkan sejak 29 Januari 2026. Khusus untuk PKBM, ini merupakan langkah penting karena sebelumnya lembaga tersebut belum pernah diaudit oleh Inspektorat,” jelas Jofieta.<\/p>\n

Ia juga menegaskan bahwa perhatian dari Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) dan publik sangat membantu dinas dalam melakukan penyelidikan yang lebih teliti dan akurat. Terkait isu miring yang beredar, Jofieta membantah keras keterlibatan internal dinas. “Tidak ada oknum Dinas Pendidikan Minut yang terlibat dalam hal ini,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Menindaklanjuti rekomendasi tersebut, Kepala Inspektorat Minut melalui Irban Investigasi, Ramlan Raranta, SE, membenarkan bahwa proses audit sedang berlangsung.<\/p>\n

Beberapa poin utama dalam investigasi ini adalah :<\/p>\n

  1. Penyitaan Barang Bukti dimana Pihak Inspektorat melakukan penyitaan sementara terhadap buku-buku pengadaan tahun 2025 guna mencegah perpindahan barang antar sekolah selama masa pemeriksaan.<\/li>\n
  2. Verifikasi Harga dan SOP : yakni tim auditor akan memeriksa kesesuaian harga pengadaan barang dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku.<\/li>\n
  3. Tenggat Waktu Perbaikan dimana Sekolah yang memiliki catatan atau kekurangan administrasi diberikan waktu dua minggu untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban mereka.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    “Kami mengantisipasi agar aset atau buku tidak dipindahtangankan ke sekolah lain yang akan diperiksa selanjutnya. Semua harus sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan,” ungkap Ramlan didampingi tim audit lainnya.<\/p>\n

    Langkah berani Disdik Minut ini diharapkan menjadi sinyal kuat bagi seluruh satuan pendidikan di Minahasa Utara agar lebih disiplin dan akuntabel dalam mengelola anggaran negara. Fokus utama tetap pada perlindungan hak siswa agar dana BOSP benar-benar terserap untuk kemajuan pendidikan, bukan untuk kepentingan oknum tertentu.
