Franky Donny Wongkar, SH., dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa dalam rasa Syukur desa dan jemaat ini tentunya merupakan berkat Tuhan juga adalah momentum bagi kita semua untuk melakukan yang lebih baik lagi untuk Desa Roong Picuan dan Jemaat GMIM Sion Picuan tentunya, jika kita semua bergandengan tangan antara Pemerintah dan Pihak Gereja maka tentu Desa Picuan Raya semakin hari semakin bertumbuh dan mempunyai kekuatan Bersama dalam membangun desa. tutup Bupati FDW diakhir sambutannya.<\/p>\n
