TNews, SULUT – <\/strong>Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sulawesi Uttara Senin (22\/7\/2024) menggelar Rapat Paripurna dalam rangka mendengarkan laporan Gubernur terkait Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) APBD tahun 2025. Pada rapat yang dipimpin langaung Ketua DPRD Sulut dr. Fransiscus Andi Silangen didampingi Wakil Ketua Vicktor Maikangkay, Rasky Mokodompit dan Billy Lombok tersebut Gubernur Sulawesi\u00a0Utara, Prof Dr (HC) Olly Dondokambey menyampaikank visi strategis APBD Sulut 2025 yang bakal menjadi arah pembangunan.<\/p>\n

\u201cTujuan utama kita, pembangunan yang bisa mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi eklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dampaknya harus dirasakan seluruh lapisan masyarakat Sulawesi\u00a0Utara,\u201d kata Olly<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Juga katanya lagi, visi APBD 2025 punya tiga aspek penting, yaitu Peningkatan kualitas SDM Sulawesi Utara.\u201dSumber daya manusia yang berkualitas akan menjadi jaminan pembangunan lebih baik, Pembangunan infrastruktur berkualitas.Sarana prasarana yang berkualitas akan mendorong pemerataan akses perekonomian bagi masyarakat<\/p>\n

Pembangunan ekonomi insklusif berkelanjutan.\u201dIni akan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mengurangi pengangguran,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Terkait hal itu, Gubernur mengatakan, Sulawesi\u00a0Utara menjadi HUB di Indonesia timur sekaligus pintu Asia Pasifik terus diupayakan dimana upaya yang dilakukan di antaranya membuka konektivitas udara internasional sebanyak-banyaknya.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, dibukanya pelayaran kargo langsung dari Bitung ke sejumlah pelabuhan di Tiongkok yang dilayani perusahaan logistil multinasional STIC Lines<\/p>\n

Sebagaimana disampaikan, KUA-PPAS APBD Provinsi Sulut Tahun 2025 disusun berdasarkan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) dan mengacu pada pedoman APBD, sesuai dengan ketentuan pasal 89 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, dan sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 77 Tahun 2020, dimana Pendapatan:ditetapkan sebesar Rp.4.000.282.639.132, dan Belanja:sebesar Rp.3.711.240.033.884, dan Penerimaan Pembiayaan ditetapkan sebesar: Rp. 35.000.000.000<\/a>, dan Pengeluaran Pembiayaan sebesar Rp.324.042.605.248<\/p>\n
